Playboy Put In Work 凱格爾運動組

I've been using the lightest ball during my morning routine, and the silicone texture makes it super comfortable to wear. The set's progression of weights has really helped me feel the difference in my pelvic floor strength after just a few weeks.

The varied weights in this set let me ease in gradually instead of feeling overwhelmed, and the progression is actually noticeable within a couple of weeks of regular use. It’s become a fun part of my routine rather than a chore, and the payoff in muscle tone is real.

The set comes with four different weights, which is great for gradually increasing difficulty. I do wish the storage bag were a bit bigger to keep everything organized, but for the price it's a solid way to work on pelvic floor strength.
