Ice cold on contact and the 5% lidocaine kicks in fast, so there’s no sting during entry. I’ve used it for longer sessions and the cooling lasts a good 20 minutes before fading.

The cooling hit fast and the lidocaine 5% did its job—barely felt a thing once it kicked in, which made the whole experience way less intimidating. I did have to pat the area dry first like the directions say, but that’s a minor step for the relief it gives.

I was nervous about trying anal play, but this gel made the initial discomfort totally manageable. The 5% lidocaine really does numb things well, and the cooling sensation is a nice bonus that helps you ease into it.
