Xtend It ペニスエクステンダーキット - チョコレート

The chocolate color is a nice change from the usual medical look, and the built-in 1-inch extension on the head makes it feel more secure than I expected. Putting the 2-inch plush extension in was easy, and the whole sleeve stays put during use.

I’d been skeptical about how the 1-inch extension built into the head would feel, but it sits flush and adds real confidence during use. The plush 2-inch insert is easy to swap in once you’re ready for more length.

The 9-inch hollow sleeve is a great starting point, and swapping in the plush 2-inch extension was surprisingly easy. It's given me more confidence during use, and the chocolate color looks natural.
