The ramp shape actually makes a huge difference for positioning—way more stable than the flat wedge I tried before. The high-density foam is firm enough to hold my weight without sinking, but the outer cover is surprisingly soft.

I've been using this ramp-style positioner almost every night and the high-density foam holds up perfectly without losing shape. The soft, flexible surface makes a huge difference in comfort during longer sessions.

The high-density foam holds its shape well even with vigorous use, which was my main concern. Slightly firmer than I expected, but the ramp angle does make positioning much easier.
