フィフティ・シェイズ・オブ・グレイ タイトンアンドテンス シリコンジグルボール - ブラック

These are surprisingly discreet for how effective they are; the silicone is firm enough to feel them shift with every step, and I can definitely tell my muscles are working to hold them in place. Wish they weren't discontinued since I'd buy a backup set.

The silicone surface has just the right amount of grip, so they stay put during a workout without feeling slippery. I’ve only had them a week, but the added resistance during daily wear is already making a difference in how my core feels. Wish they came in a set of three for the price, but these do

Discontinued already, which is a bummer because the silicone texture is actually quite nice and the balls do stay put once you get them in. They give a subtle squeeze sensation that’s a solid workout for your pelvic floor, just wish they’d last longer as a product line.
