Coco licious シリコンケーゲルトレーナーブラックボール

The silicone is so smooth and comfortable, I almost forget I'm wearing them. The retrieval cord gives me peace of mind while I'm working through the different weights.

Switching between the three weights really lets me tailor the intensity, and the silicone feels much more comfortable than the plastic ones I used before. I can already tell this is going to make a difference.

The retrieval cord makes removal so much easier than my old set, and swapping between the three weights lets me actually feel my muscles working harder each week. I've been using them during my evening routine for about two weeks now, and the smooth finish means no irritation at all.
