Parcel got lost in transit and the refund landed in my account within two days of filing the claim. The whole process was just a few clicks, zero hassle.

Checked a box at checkout for a couple of dollars and didn’t think twice until my package showed up with a dented corner. The claim process for the broken item was straightforward and I got my refund in about a week, which is way less hassle than I expected. Definitely worth adding to any order over

I added it to my cart for peace of mind but haven’t needed to file a claim yet, so I can’t really say how well it works. The checkout process was quick and easy enough.
