The USB plug is super convenient since I can just leave it connected to my laptop while it heats up. After waiting the full 8 minutes, the warmth really makes a difference compared to using the sleeve cold. Great purchase.

Took exactly 8 minutes to warm up as described, and that slight heat makes a nice difference during use. Only wish the cord were a few inches longer for flexibility, but it works fine with a standard USB block.

The 98-degree heat feels just right, and it's ready in about 8 minutes as advertised. Only wish the wand were a bit longer for easier handling inside the case.
